Every day I make choices. Those choices, whether I like I like it or not, show my priorities. Right now it’s clear that a neat and orderly house is not one of my priorities. The healthy foods in my fridge and pantry show that my health is a priority.

We make so many of our choices without real thought to whether or not those choices support our chosen priorities.

Sit down and think about your priorities. Now think about your schedule for the next couple of days. Think about the choices you have to make—what to eat, what to wear, how to spend your time. Now do your best to make sure that those choices actually support your chosen priorities. It may be harder than you think, but, it will be worth it.
