Don’t Quit on Yourself

I had a party scheduled for tonight. For a variety of reasons she rescheduled. That’s fine. However, she rescheduled so recently I didn’t have an opportunity to re-book the date. Now I have a choice. I can view this as a night off, or I can use that time to make calls and do other income-producing activities.

It’s very important in direct sales to be flexible. Life happens, and sometimes you find yourself with unexpected time on your hands. The big question is what you’ll do with that time.

My answer? Tonight I’ll make calls. I’ll work on the postings for my Facebook page. I’ll get my host kits prepped. I’ll familiarize myself with the new products that will be out this fall. After all, my host might have bailed on me, but I refuse to quit on my own business.
